Our mainstream care plan includes all three pillars of any good care plan – backups, protection and plugin upgrades.

Domain Name * 

Domain name of your website. If you have multiple domain names pointing at the same website, just list the main.

Add incremental backups

If you upload new content often or you run an e-commerce website, upgrade your backup frequency. We will configure full backup weekly, but then setup incremental backups that will happen more often. Don’t order hourly backups unless you are on a business web hosting plan.

Disk space upgrade

For a website backup we allocate 100Mb of disk space. It is more than enough for most websites. However if your website is larger than 10 Gb or you would like to keep more history, consider upgrading backup disk space to 500Mb, 1Tb or 2Tb. If you need even more space, we can design a bespoke solution that matches your needs. In that case select 2Tb.

Endpoint Firewall

Endpoint firewall protects your website from malware and hackers by inspecting all web traffic for known attack patterns. This is the most efficient defence against WordPress theme and plugin vulnerabilities. If your website defences got breached through Endpoint Firewall we will clean your website for free.

Cloud Firewall

Cloud firewall protects your website from malware and hackers by filtering web traffic before it hits your website. In addition Cloud Firewall provides some level of defence against DDoS attacks.

As with the standard care plan, we will setup a backup plugin that will copy your files and database to our secure offsite server weekly. To provide some level of defence against hackers and malware we will deploy a premium security plugin on your website. Also to alert you and us about any website downtime we will setup a website uptime monitor.

Most importantly we will look after upgrading theme and plugin files on regular basis. However if your website uses custom code or abandoned themes or plugins, we may ask for an additional fee or limit scope of updates. If we are not able to offer full service to you, we will discuss it during on-boarding process. If you are not happy with our offer, we will issue full refund.
